Exercising and eating are 2 hard yet important things to do. Even though they seem hard to start, eventually the body gets use to it and the benefits of doing them is BEAUTIFUL!! Better than fashion!! Eating right and exercising gives you lots of energy and you begin to feel better as a person. The results and feeling gives you more confidence and gives you the strength to accomplish more of the goals that you tend to procrastinate with. Eating plenty of vegetables and fruits is a major part of your diet plus drinking lots of water and juice. This also helps your skin and complexion, hair and nails. If your day is too busy to fit in the gym, grab yourself some workout dvd's, download a free app called "Daily Ab Workout or go for a walk or jog during lunch, before work or after work. If you can squeeze in time for your hair, nails or social appts then you have time to take care of your body!!! Also these days we have become vampires working off of 3-4 hours of sleep.
